and Carol Belanger (hereinafter referred to as "they")
purchased their first rental property in June of 1976 and
specialized in upscale unfurnished rentals in the Eastern and
South Eastern part of the Salt Lake Valley (Location, Location,
Location).
In
1990, they began to furnish their homes for relocating executives
and their families. Some homes, such as the Loft Home, were
furnished for short-term rentals to provide lodging for
vacationing families.
Growth
accelerated in 1994 and business was conducted under Advantage
Accommodations, a Utah Corporation. In 1994, they contracted to
provide accommodations for BACG (British American Consulting
Group). BACG was bringing families and single individuals, from
all over the world to fulfill a contract with American Stores.
Their contract with BACG was a great success and was instrumental
in their growth and demonstrated their ability to provide a large
number of units to one client.
Advantage
Accommodations now provides accommodations to numerous
corporations, individuals and families throughout the Salt Lake
Valley.
The
current inventory includes 25 units, seventeen of which are
private homes or townhouses. They have the largest inventory of
luxury corporate homes in the Salt Lake Valley and it is very
common for their competitors to use their products for their
clients. |
